Our Help Desk is located in Sydney and utilises the latest technology. What makes this offering different is that we configure our services to your needs. This is a highly customisable offering, which we refer to as SMARTSOURCING. Additionally we specialise in Business Continuity Management and Implementation – these services provide peace of mind for organisations addressing the risk of disaster striking.

Business Process Management and Application Integration

Our solutions and software enable companies to effectively manage and monitor their business processes. Organisations can work more efficiently and save money by taking control of mission critical processes. We canassist with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Workflow design, building and implementation.

Application Integration and Connectivity

Connecting PCs to host applications is what we do very well. For over 15 years we have provided connectivity solutions to corporate customers throughout the region. Additionally, we can quickly and efficiently connect disparate host applications, add business logic externally to the existing applications, and deliver this anywhere and anyhow.

Our ITIL certification program is now complete. Key staff are now certified. This means we are now in a postion to bring further value to our customers by way of implementing BEST PRACTICE methodologies. Our ITIL certifications will complement our Microsoft and Cisco certifications. Additionally we are now offering customised ITIL training programs that not only certify customer's staff, but ensures that best practice methodologies are actually implemented.

Our specialist IT Help Desk offering continues to grow postively. We are engaged by several organisations to manage their Australian networks. This includes Help Desk support, network support, and project-based system upgrades. In addition to this a leading Australian financial institution has engaged our services to support the IT needs of their field officers. To enable this we have recently engaged a number of extra professional Help Desk personnel along with the appropriate tools.

We continue to offer Business Continuity Planning (and implementation/management) for customers seeking comfort in the knowledge that if there is a disaster of some sort, operations will continue with minimum impact. Our data centre facilities are operational and the facilities offered are best practice certified. Naturally we use ITIL best practice methodolgies to guide our customers through this planning process.

We have not forgotten our roots either. Terminal Emulation is alive and well. We have represented the RUMBA brand for many years in this part of the world. Microfocus (who recently purchased NetManage) continues to maintain this software and many corporates continue to rely upon the technology for access to their data. The OnWeb product allows simple and quick "webification" of older legacy applications - more and more companies are seeing the tactical benefit of modernising their computer systems at a fraction of the cost of rewriting applications.
