We are happy to announce that we have acquired Joniti Consulting Service Pty Ltd. Joniti is a well established organisation specialising in Strategic Information Technology Consulting:

Systems Analysis and Design

Business Continuity Planning

Data Modelling and Database Design

Project Management and Strategic Business Consulting

Customers include major players in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, Services/Media and State and Federal Government sectors. 

Both NST and Joniti are well suited to each other and the directors believe that the acquisition will result in many benefits. These benefits include enhanced project-related professional services and improved customer focus; in addition to this the company will now offer a broader range of professional services in-house.

Key Joniti staff have already relocated to the NST offices in Lane Cove, all business will forthwith be conducted under the NST banner.

The two companies have many synergies and the directors believe that the acquisition will result in many efficiencies and benefits to you, the customer. These benefits include enhanced project-related professional services and improved customer focus; in addition to this the company will now offer a broader range of products and services, along with an enhanced support facility delivered via NST’s existing Service Desk.
